Asparagus and Green Garlic Sautee
Remember - Reverence Gardens asparagus never needs to be trimmed - a pound of Reverence Gardens asparagus is a full pound of tender crisp eating!
Ingredients
One pound asparagus - cut into 1/2 inch slices
Three green garlic - minced
Two portabella mushrooms - sliced
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Heat olive oil, add asparagus, green garlic, and mushrooms. Sautee until asparagus is tender crisp. Salt to taste.
