Overnight Red Onion Relish
This sprightly relish is a welcome taste, especially in the winter.
¼ c fresh lemon juice
1 Tblsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground or fresh grated ginger
2 c coarsely chopped or slivered red onions
Mix all ingredient together in a glass bowl
Refrigerate over night in a glass jar
