Edamame "hummus"
Blend until smooth:
2 cups cooked edamame
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons rice wine or favorite vinegar
2 oz roasted pine nuts or almonds
3 tablespoons tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil.
also good over soba noodles.
